      This interview process was very tacky in my opinion. Initially applied via LinkedIn and reached out to a recruiter. The recruiter scheduled a brief phone screening with me that went very well. I moved on to the next level which was a facetime interview with the VP. (It was on Facetime because the position I was applying for was in Houston and I'm currently in DC). That interview also went extremely well. The VP told me she absolutely loved me and wanted me to come down to Houston for the 3rd round which would be a full day of interviewing. ADP doesn't provide reimbursement for travel, so I paid for the flight a week in advance in addition to other expenses that come along with being out of town. There were 2 other interviewees other than myself. I chatted with them both before the interviews started and found out they both were fresh out of college, had never had a real job before. One of them even mentioned that this interview was their first interview EVER in life. After we all met with the managers, someone came out to the lobby and literally pointed to each one of us and said "You're moving forward, you're moving forward, then pointed to me and said "Sorry this is the end of the road for you." Very rude way to go about a decision. It was obvious that they wanted to bring in entry level candidates that have never worked before and not seasoned-sales vets like myself. I just feel like they should have mentioned that so I didnt spend $600+ for a 10 minute interview.

      Smooth and engaging. The interviewer was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the industry. It seems like the atmosphere at the company is very healthy. Overall, it was a good experience and very professional.

      intense and brutal for no reason. The first round of interviews is a 30 minute conversation with the recruiter. The second round interview will be with the vice president and some of the sales manager. They were 45 minutes late to my interview, only for me to find out that I was never on their schedule. So the people that I prepared to interview with from the email were not the ones who interviewed me. Extremely unprofessional and unprepared third rounds of interview, you will be on the field with a sales consultant for the first four hours, uncompensated. You will visit some of their accounts with them and then come back to the headquarters to do an hour and a half interview with the vice president and some of the sales managers. Then they will conduct a role-play with you. Don’t sweat it, they understand that this is an entry-level job and you have no prior experience. my best tip is to be prepared to have pushback. The point is not to close the deal but to ask the right questions. Strongly advise to be prepared and do not read off of a paper, only bring your questions. after my interview, they told me that they would get back to me by The next day with their decision. It took them two weeks to email me their decision after a week of chasing them down for an answer. Extremely unprofessional and so disappointed by this company. The other reviews on glassdoor really matched up to the vibe of the office.

      Terrible communication. I was asked when I was available for a final interview and they never scheduled it when I was available. Why ask?. They provided times that I could come in but it would be days before letting me know (ex: telling me on a Mon that I am set for Wed at a specific time )
