Normal... recruiter approves you - online test, interview with them, then first interview with management - followed by a ride-along, 2-5 hrs in the field. Then final interviews involve giving you a paper and 15 min to prepare for a mock sales presentation. The ride along is good because they make you prospect businesses door to door and cold call, which is really what the job is all about. Anyone can do it and be successful if they have the resilience, are hard working, and don't get discouraged at all. The job is a grind and if you can grind it out day after day you can succeed.
