Got a call from consultant, she told me to rush their office next day. I visited there i saw huge number of people are waiting for interview and there is no parking facility as well even outside, somehow i managed to park at No-Parking space in a risk. Security guards are responsible for handling the CV's, HR's will not reach on time due to traffic at 11:AM The first interview is with Director and HR told me to come by next week again as panel not available. I visited next week again I can see the huge crowd again it seems like some free stuff is offered by a company, jokes apart , another round with Technical Manager, it took 1 hour, HR guy told me to come again for 3rd round and panel not available & your feedback is positive. I waited for 3rd round for weeks and called several times, in between consultant told me to give another interview for different project, i went again and still same story repeated (Even after a month huge crowd for interview, long queue and waiting, no management, no parking, vague questions asked, panel not available etc etc). After inquiring multiple times HR told me your feedback is negative, i am quite surprised how come it changed i asked reason and they have none. The same thing is happened with my friend Positive turns Negative , Overnight just like they saw some Horrible Dream and return the results. I am very much sure that HR got some target to conduct interviews in bulk and they choose their preferred ones and taking interviews just for a sake. I have given 5 interviews for different projects and i did well, still no response either.. Now when any consultant calls me for ADP Hyderabad i have to say -" Sorry boss, tell me another company !"
