Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en ADP (East Hanover, NJ) en ene 2016
Entrevista
The process started with an email from HR asking for a time for a 30-minute phone interview. This phone interview was done few days later by the hiring manager, and he was so nice and asks typical questions about qualifications and skills. Then I was called for a F2F interview at their corporate office. The hiring manager came by himself and walked me from the front desk to a conference room. Then he introduced me to his team. A series of one-on-one interviews started then beginning with the hiring manager, then two other members of his team. The questions were so typical and straightforward, like how would you think your skills will help the team? Why ADP?
After the interview, the hiring manager said that the HR will contact me. However, they did not contact me, and no offer was advanced. When I emailed the HR about my application status, she replied that the position has been filled and she is sorry for not contacting me. Not professional! Also, they insisted and pushed on indicating my salary expectations before they schedule the interviews, which I find unnecessary, at least at that point, and with that way.
