Good interview with the recruiter. Company was respectful and competitive. Salary and benefits were good too. Got a call back after a couple of days to demonstrate their interest in hiring me to the position they were offering

HR reached out and set up an interview with two leaders within a week. A prompt rejection was received. It wasn't a good fit for either of us and it wouldn't have worked out.

Ghosted and then finally received an automated rejection after 6 rounds of interviews. I expected to receive somewhat of a more personalized rejection rather than an automated rejection a month later.
