I was told over the phone to just show up any time Mon-Thurs 10am-3pm. I asked if I could schedule a specific time for my interview but I was told that wasn't how they worked. I showed up during that window and after getting inside the person who greeted me was confused and asked when my interview was. I told her what I was told over the phone and she informed me nobody from the operations team was there to interview me and I should have scheduled a time. I tried again to tell her that over the phone I was told I couldn't schedule a specific interview time. She could only offer to schedule me next week but at that point I was done with their company. Also it took 10 minutes for somebody to look at the all-glass front door and let me in. When she finally did she said she didn't know what that sound was. The sound was their doorbell... What a mess of a company.
