Applied on LinkedIn a few weeks ago. Got a call and they requested to interview me in their office in Knoxville. Was interviewed by the 2nd head guy, I think. He was pretty friendly guy and it seemed fairly straightforward. He did tell me that they only expected to charge $12 a t most ever for their position (raises and all), so there was some back and forth to attempt to get a higher wage. I told him if they could do a little better, I'll definitely be glad to work with them. They said they'd get back to me. They never did. For everything that happened, that was a major negative.
