I took an evaluation exam and then proceeded to have an in-depth personality interview for the next two hours, discussing various aspects of my character, strengths, and personal experiences relevant to teaching from a professional and an individual standpoint.

I met with an on-site manager at one of their locations and went over the position. From there I was asked to teach a sample course so they could observe my teaching style and make sure I was a good match. Everyone was very friendly and the process was straightforward!
