My interview was fairly short but I was asked about why I wanted to work with children with Autism, about my work experience, my education, and my time availability. The interviewer was super kind and engaging, I felt really comfortable talking over the phone to them! The company seemed flexible with student-employee's schedules.

I had a phone call with two people who asked questions about my background and what brought me to this job. They were friendly and respectful throughout the process. The questions mainly pertained to my experience in the area.

Pretty easy. Did a screener call and then a Zoom interview. The Zoom ended in a job offer. They asked me about some scenarios and asked about my resume. The lady seemed very kind and was engaged the entire time.

The interview was smoothly. They answered all my questions I had but the job they asked what do I have experienced working with kids with autism how I feel of working with them when they have a certain behavioral needs. What would I do if my client is having a hard transition. Am I willing to work to get my RBT? How long have you been working with kids with autism
