There was an initial phone call for an overview of the role, then a follow up interview with the lead BCBA at the specific clinic. It was streamlined and very organized.
Applied via Indeed; the recruiter reached out within a week to schedule a 30-minute screening call. Received an email immediately after the screening call to schedule the next round. Then had a video call with the clinical director and received an offer.
