Very informative and understanding. I was very nervous when I started but I felt that the questions were put in such a way to put me at comfort and at ease. I was able to relax and answer all questions to the best of my ability.

NO INTERVIEW READING FROM A SCRIPT. It's about knowing how to take the tests and pass the test. They want you to be able to speak clearly and not be rude to customers. They want to know if you can pass a background check because you will be dealing with the donor's private info.
