The interview process was very lax this included a teams meeting and walk around the premises, What wasn't so good about the company was the lack of respect when I was offered the job. Based on the reviews it seems the company has a lack of respect for its employees I originally accepted a job with this company however due to health complications I later had to decline. When I was offered the job I advised what would of been my line manager that I needed a standing desk due to a back condition I have the response was "Oh we don't have that here its just old office furniture and the conversation didn't go any further" It seems you are just a number in this company and the lack of respect and duty of care for its employees just shows that by the number of reviews with negative feedback.
