Two 45min interviews, one technical and one motivational (both online and one after the other with 15 min break). What surprised me was the relevance given to the motivational part respect to the technical part (I would say 80% motivational and 20% technical). Also the decision was communicated just after a couple of hours, which is not ideal IMO.
