It was a double interview process with a mix of technical and motivational questions. Application consisted of CV and cover letter and an online test to assess mathematical and verbal mastery. First round was with HR to discuss motivation, second round consisted of two parts with analysts and associates. Once these were finished the outcome was released two days after.
