The process took about 3 weeks. Had a phone interview with 3 people for 30 mins per person. Felt very conversational, not like other banks where it is very technical and stressful. Seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me and were looking for the best in me.
Firstly numerical, quantitative test, followed by one motivation and one technical interview, each of 30 minutes. Rather easy, focus on motivation and why NL. Typical technical questions. Nice atmosphere. Quick decision about the employment.

Ik had een relaxt gesprek over mijn motivatie en technische vaardigheden. De sfeer was goed, open en vriendelijk, waardoor ik mij op mijn gemak voelde tijdens het hele gesprek.

you are going to have two interviews one after the other one. each one with two different members or the team. One covers your motivation for the internship. the other one covers your technical skills. each interview is 45 minutes
