Three stages of interview. Phone, with HR and then with Engineering Manager. All are fairly easy and straight forward. Phone was all behavioral, with HR was a mix of further behavioral and Technical questions, with the manager was more of a get to know me kind of interview. Technical and and a formal conversation.
