Started off fine, phone interview/screening. Set up in-person to follow. Showed up and they said they had already filled the role I was interviewing for, and asked if I would consider another (seemingly made-up on the spot) role. Never heard from ABC again after I left the building. Owner's wife (not an employee) does interviews. Everything felt "off" during the face-to-face interview.
