I had to do an online video interview, which was a different process for me. I was used to doing a traditional interview via phone or face to face. The video interview did allow me to learn things about the company, practice before answering questions, and pace myself before giving an answer to a question. I can honestly say I'd be open to doing more virtual interviews.
