he interviewer was friendly and started with some icebreakers. When asked about my strengths, I mentioned my skills in data analysis, which help optimize campaigns. For a challenge I faced, I shared a story about leading a team to turn around a failing product line, which resulted in a 30% sales increase.
I also asked about what success looks like for the marketing team and how they support professional development. At the end, the interviewer thanked me, and I felt great about how it went. I followed up with a thank-you email, expressing my enthusiasm for the role.
First with HR and then with the Manager after 1 week you received the interview reuslt and round 3 ưith director and last is HR Manager to deal the salary , take about 3 weekks
