Interview process was a bit off. Disorganized in who was meeting with me. It took about a few weeks for HR to respond to my manager. Then during the first round, the HR representative was a no show, only later sending an email to reschedule. She didn't know what I was meeting & interviewing for, nor with who. However once I met with the individuals, very personable and great experience. After hearing more about the position, I was no longer interested.

3 round interview - interview 1 was a quick 30 min voice call with HR to learn briefly about my background -> interview 2 was with a Manager quite in depth interview -> interview 3 was a quick 30 min call with the Director to make sure I was suited to the team and job

Good one on one communication. Simple process, priority of experience than other skills. The interviewers were nice & subtle. The process took approx two weeks to complete before I got my call for the interview.
