Quick and painless. We just has a conversation. Interview was with one manager the husband. He gave a tour of the school and the area. He boasted about how well known the school is, which is no lie, and how people see the school as elite, also no lie. He introduced me to a teacher but failed to mention she was his wife and co-manager.

The entire process took two interview rounds. One online and was semi-formal with lots of the usual questions and the second one was more to see the school in person and test how I got on with other school staff.
