The interview process consists of four phases: phone screening, in person screening, in person with future manager,in person with CEO.
Phone screening is pretty straightforward. Basically your English level skills are tested.
In person screening is where you discuss briefly your experience, education and salary expectation. In person with manager we went over the project, I was asked several technical questions.
In final interview with CEO, I was basically tested on my commitments to the company.
In general interview process took one month to complete
