Simple and straightforward process for interview. Invitation to interview was commanded through phone call. Direct single phase interview was arranged at employer premises with couple of employer representatives present. There were no preliminary interviews or evaluation.

All on the phone, this is a very remote job. The interviewer was to be my manager and was very nice. It wasn't difficult at all, I talked to a couple of the other Designers but they didn't grill me too hard.
