Then invitation to assessment center with 3 other candidates. Group discussion, 10min presentation, 2 hours preparation with document to present a short version of all the documents, small essay to write and excel excercice and 45min interview with 3 interviewers asking questions about yourself to see how you could fit to the company's culture . Nice people and nice time spending during the interview
