I applied online through an agency website and received an email about 2 weeks later informing me that I was invited to an interview which would take place in their offices in Stonehouse, Gloucetershire.
Structure of the interview:
Interview was 45 mins which included CV review, role discussion, experience fit, role/career expectation, questions. This was with the Total Quality Manager and Quality Mgr. After this, I went on a brief walkabout tour with the Quality Mgr (20 mins) in which I had the opportunity to ask questions about the shop floor, processes, the role..e.t.c.
After the walkthrough, we returned back to the interview room to continue. I was then required to give some feedback on the tour, which was to discuss any opportunities that I observed for quality improvements.
Wrap-up and closure (10 mins): Was an opportunity for me to ask questions and get clarifications.
