      Entrevista

      I was headhunted At the beginning for the Talent Management Coordinator, 2 interviews the same day, the interviews process was nice and the next interview was very promising after hearing the feedback face to face. Surprisingly after a week, I received a call that they want to hire males not females for this job, if they don't want to state it in the job at least they shouldn't approach me, and I assumed it was a misunderstanding. After a while, they kept my profile for future positions and called me for an Office Manager position which is not my career goal as I am seeking an HR position as I have 6 years of experience in the HR field, till this point, they were responsive and was very helpful and sent me the JD and we agreed to keep my profile for HR positions. Finally, they called me for the Talent Acquisition position I went again for a face to face interview followed by 2nd interview for that position, then invited 3rd time to get into the final step I attended it was nice to interview but that was it. then I kept following each week asking when I will have feedback they reply after 2 weeks. In the beginning, they were answering replies to my emails yet they are the ones who told me we will get back to you in 2 weeks so after 3 weeks I sent again, still, I didn't hear anything and when I sent follow up mail they didn't get back to me. So honestly I lost interest in the company they don't have a structured process or at least clear feedback. they kept my status pending and not clear. it's not about getting hired it's about the process. I wouldn't write such a review if I received feedback within at least a month after all those 3 face to face interviews within 5 months period. It's really disappointing
