First step was a short phone interview with recruiter which was mainly to assess my interest in the position, second step was phone interview with Office Manager. The final step was in-person interview with Office Manager and VP of Operations which lasted for over 4 hours. Drug testing and background check were performed after I passed the interview stages and was extended an offer.
