Weird. Weeks after applying, I got a mid-day call from a woman in HR who was completely out of it and confused about what she was doing, asking me if to come for an interview the next day at 9am, including doing online testing in advance, which I couldn't begin until getting her forthcoming email. OK fine. Next morning, two hours of more tests -- aptitude, spelling, writing, all of which I know I aced -- alternated with waiting around. Meeting with HR rep who misread my resume out loud to me, then spent half our time essentially talking down the company when I asked what the culture was like. Finally, a pretty brief but pleasant meeting with the hiring manager and her #2. That was 5 months ago, never heard from them again. Tacky.
