A few days after I applied online, I got an email from a recruiter asking if I wanted to do a phone screen. The call was short, and asked standard questions like "describe your background" and "can you tell me more about this experience?" A week later, I got asked to come back to do a second round interview which lasted about an hour. It was with two people, the hiring manager and someone else on the team. This was a virtual interview and lasted about an hour. The day after, I got invited back for a third round with one person (I forget her exact title but she was higher up). This one was also virtual. Overall, the process was not super intense and I enjoyed talking to everybody there.
