Screening call revealed that they couldn’t meet my salary expectations however I asked if they would be open to 4 days and they said no. She shortlisted me anyway to meet with the hiring manager. Couldn’t pay minimum salary for advertised role, no flexibility for part time hours and wanted a unicorn to do everything and give someone else the credit.
