Preguntas de entrevista para A-dec

Mostly behavior scenario questions with some technical experience follow up. First round was HR only over the phone. Second round was with the hiring Manager plus some other area representatives. I got to meet some of the team members and went on a brief tour of the campus.

Interview itself went fine. The people were really nice. The technical questions seemed kind of basic, but I feel like I did them well. The process, however, took over four months. I can understand needing some time to vet people, but it was a bit excessive.
