An employer that will ghost candidates part way through the process. They described the process as a 30 minute initial zoom call, then a 2 hour technical practical, and then an in person interview. After completing both the initial zoom call and the 2 hour technical practical, they said they would get back within a few days. They proceeded to just ghost me and never responded, even with follow up emails. This is the same thing that all the other reviews about the interviews here say as well.
