The best way I can describe the interview is disappointing. For one, I was being interview at the same time as someone else was being interviewed, which I normally wouldn’t have a problem with, however my interviewer wasn’t seasoned enough to be able to bounce back and forth between the two of us, making the interview flow not so great. Second, it felt like the manager was more so concerned on meeting the number of employees they should have by xyz date - rather than making a genuine attempt to get to know me as a person, diving into my experience and seeing if I was the right fit for the company. Reason why I feel this way is because the questions being asked were tailored towards whether I have a car and can walk aka minimum job requirements versus diving into me as a person and explaining their culture and what not.
