In person interview, filled out an application the day of interview, interviewed with several other interviewees, and then interviewed 1:1. I was made an offer on the spot which was a bit strange since they obviously did not check my references.

Only one round interview. I did end up getting an offer on the spot. Very straight forward questions: but a little strange because it was a group interview. Basically, everyone had the same answers, and still got hired.

Waited in the lobby with a group of applicants. One on one interview for about 5 to 10 minutes. Offered a position immediately. Offered package during the interview. Discussed some of the functions of the role.
