I found the ad on craigslist, and sent in my resume. About a day later, around 5:30, I got a call from Kevin. We talked for a while, he seemed like an alright guy. I could tell right away that he liked to hear himself talked, so I just agreed with him and let him talk. It went on for about 45 minutes or so, and we scheduled an in person interview. I went in, and waited for while at an empty desk in the front office. Like, way too long, now that I recall. I think he was on the phone with a customer or something. He talked about how "cerebral" they like to be there, and how they prefer people who are going to consider each pest problem as a puzzled to be solved. He more or less tells you want he wants to hear, just give it to him.
