I am extremely sorry to hear about your experience. I must assure you that all our talent acquisition team members comes from technical background with years of industry experience. Most of our clients are US based and fluent english speaking skills are one of the must have qualification for all the candidates we interview and we do assess that in initial discussions with the candidates. However there are times when people use native languages to create a better connect with people and we don't see anything wrong with that.
We also always connect with all the prospective candidates and provide them details feedback. My sincere apologies if that process was not followed in your case. We have a process now to ensure that candidates get a feedback call / response from us after all the rounds, regardless of whether he or she is selected or not.
