Applied online, and was contacted by recruiter. Scheduled a meeting, and recruiter showed up like 5 minutes late. Then, it told me that it wouldn't work because of my timezone (which I mentioned since the first email, and it was a question they asked on it), and during the call she double checked and it actually was not a problem. Nevertheless, I moved to the next step with the hiring manager. That interview was good.
