I received a call from the in-house recruiter 2 months after submission for the position. After a quick call, we set up an interview with the hiring Manager. I attended the Interview and after a quick introduction, we spoke about my experience and what I would be doing in the role. After an hour and pushed for time we finished quickly as the hiring manager had other candidates waiting. The whole thing felt rushed, there was no follow up after the interview and in general the whole process was well below average. I would expect 8x8 to be more professional in the way it runs its recruitment.
