I went through all the interview rounds and was even introduced to the project team, which gave me the impression that the process was moving positively. However, after multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the position had been closed. This was very disappointing and felt unprofessional, as it raised expectations only to end without an offer. Clearer communication and timely updates would have made the experience much better.
