It is a casual interview process. They will ask you common interview questions. It is easy to get hired if you know someone and most of the time they will just hire you without an interview.
The interview process was easy and smooth. It started with a brief introduction, followed by a few questions about my background, experience, and future goals. The interviewer was friendly and made the conversation comfortable.
