I had the pleasure of discussing the role initially with a recruiter and was subsequently told to enter my availability for a 2nd interview with a division manager. Once i sent my availability , the recruiter asked if I could interview much earlier than my scheduled day. I thought they understood that I am currently employed and could not accommodate a last minute request. On the interview date (for which i’d taken time off) i was ghosted on the interview. There’s been no communication so I rescinded my application, only to receive a note that “they didn’t feel my experience was a match for this role.”
