I applied for the position of Gaming Support Agent in Russian.
After sending my resume and PC specs I was contacted by a recruitment specialist who arranged me a test. It included questions about gaming, computer hardware, as well as some language and personality tests.
In two days I was invited to a Skype interview where we discussed the working schedule, my previous work experience, my gaming preferences. That was a very positive conversation. The recruitment agent was a really nice guy who cares about gaming.
Then I took two language tests - Russian and English. My English wasn't good enough, so I was rejected. I'll study more and will try one more time later.
Interview is went smooth, It started with an initial screening call, followed by a technical interview where I was asked to solve relevant problems and explain my thought process. After that, I had a behavioral round where I discussed my past experiences and how I approach teamwork and problem-solving.
Interview process is very good, the follow up is as announced. Interviewer is also very polite and informative. Fast email response and very clear. There's 2 interview proccess. 2nd interview will be with assigned team TL.

Entrevista
The interview was quick, efficient and the interviewer was friendly and respectful.
I applied on a Wednesday and was hired by the next Monday, quick and easy, no issues.
The interview itself was pretty much the usual Outsourcing Company interview, same usual questions, the only difference was that it was more chatty than usual for these companies.
