Phone screen - standard stuff - can I speak English check, basically. Went over my resume, which I regurgitated to them because they could not read it for themselves. It seemed as if they did not really know what they were doing or looking for, and were having either a hard time finding the skills or the applicants to fill the role. Really odd - did not have any specific knowledge of a specific role or project that they were looking for.

Thank you for your feedback. We've made a concerted effort to improve the process and preparedness, and I personally see a lot of progress since this comment. I hope we continue to strive to improve.

They asked me to develop a sample project for them. Do not agree to that, insist on technical interview right away, don't waste your time. I spent 8 days developing this sample project and in the end they didn't even bother to reach out and provide feedback on it.
