The application was received and replied to within a few days. Scheduled interview with two supervisors on site in Manteca, CA. Interview felt more like a conversation, discussing my work experience, why am I interested in 5.11, and why I am interested in a role below my experience level. I appreciated that this was brought up since they were aware of it, but it did not immediately disqualify me, but instead gave me a chance to explain why I even applied. It was not an easy interview, but that is because I was prepared, and researched the company, already new competitors and a few of their customers and products. I did not receive on offer on the spot— waiting for their decision.
