1st interview was really just a get to know you type of deal. You could tell that they had a high number of applicants and were weeding out who could and couldn't be beneficial to their company. They asked me about my previous leadership experience and then told me they would contact me if they thought I was a good fit. 2nd interview was set on location in one of their client's stores. It consisted of a quick overview of their business plan and then we essentially walked around and spoke with customers about a service that was being promoted. Nothing too formal. Then they explain their growth projections and your pay. For me, the pay was far too low and I was over-qualified for the basic starting position. You don't interview for the job you initially applied for, but interview for the starting position and are told that you work your way up to that point. It is a little misleading and frustrating, so beware of that. However, my interviewer was extremely kind and explained things well. I unfortunately turned down the opportunity but it could be a great start for someone just looking to get their feet wet in the sales/marketing world.

2 interviews took place, first was with one person second interview was 2 people. Was misled on what the job actually entailed and was lied to on the “average pay” per each position. (Nobody would take this job unless they were told they would be making on average 1000$ per week after 3 weeks).
