Phone interview followed by an onsite tour and group interview. We were met by three employees that represented the different job descriptions that everyone was applying for. The employers were friendly and well versed in the position that they were looking to fill. During the office tour (which you can see on their blog online) I found that the environment was just as open and infused with an energy for growth as they show in their social media. After the tour we all sat in a conference room to listen to a power point presentation about the company followed by a "timed" three minute speech given by each prospect. (I must say that I enjoyed this the most.) It was a great opportunity to express my personality and get an authentic feel of whether or not it was a good fit for me. They were very open to minor critics to the site and repaired them before I got home from the interview. Though I didn't get an offer I would apply again. What a great company!!!!
