2 stages. Stage 1 was an indepth look at my CV, and questions about my experience/why do I want the role, why would I suit it etc. Stage 2 was a series of tasks. Once explained, you're given 30 mins to complete a number of tasks including CV matching, email writing, prep for telephone and face to face role plays with you speaking to them playing both client and candidate, and lastly a 10 minute presentation on something you're passionate about. A lot to get done in a short amount of time, so if you've no experience of these tasks before, you may struggle.
