The people that interviewed me seemed nice enough but the amount of steps for an interview were ridiculous. I'm pretty sure there are 3 or 4 different interviews in total before being told whether or not you get the job. On top of this, having to complete work related tasks - FOR FREE is ridiculous in this day and age. There are companies much more established that seem to get on fine without doing all this. I think it would be best to make this clear on job boards so people don't waste their time.
