I first received a call from HR, 1 month after my application. My interview was scheduled immediately for next week. I only had 1 interview round where the Manager himself called and we had a great discussion. The interview lasted for like an hour and half. During the interview we discussed about technologies known, my current job role, 3M's job role, about the 3M Healthcare software and also about personal life. It was a very interactive communication. The Manager who took my interview was very friendly and he made feel very comfortable while talking. Just after a few hours of my interview I was been told that I was shortlisted for the role. I received the offer draft 2 weeks after I got shortlisted. The actual offer letter was received again after 8 days. It was a slow process but worth waiting for since 3M is a huge brand. Unfortunately I had the retract the offer I had accepted but I hope I'll again take an opportunity for working in 3M.
