There were two phone interviews, the first was just are you still intrested in setting up a phone interview for the job. The second was a short 30-45 min conversation with the person who would be my boss, talking about what the job entailed and at the end if both parties were still intrested a time was set up to field an interview at the place were I would be working. The interview at the plant consisted of two groups. The first group had my boss, a project engineer and the plant engineering mananger. They asked mostly behavioral interview questions, but the plant enginering mananger who had the same degree as I do, asked some techinical questions to verify my degree. Nothing too difficult just things like what is a PID loop. Then he asked me what each gain did. The second group consisted of the plant's HR rep, another project eingineer and the plants current controls engineer. This part was almost the same as the first group question wise just no tech questions.
